SUPER BOWL INCENTIVE PROGRAM

WHAT WAS NEEDED:

Intact Insurance required an agency to facilitate a broker incentive Super Bowl program for both Indianapolis and San-Fransisco Super Bowls.

HOW WE SUCCEEDED:

For both Super Bowls, Apexx provided the facilitation of all accommodations, private transportation, tickets, hospitality, on-site management, restaurant buyouts and private excursions for 50 guests. Creatively, Apexx branded both events as “The Blitz To The Bowl” and was responsible for all on-site print and branding elements.

NATIONAL COMMERCIAL CONFERENCE

WHAT WAS NEEDED:

The company we were working with recently changed its vision on a global scale and needed to bring its organization together in order to share the new vision and mission. The National Commercial Conference offered the perfect setting to engage all attendees on the new plan of action.

HOW WE SUCCEEDED:

Our goal was to create a meaningful, measurable & memorable meeting. We focused on making the event unique with a purpose, creating a theme of “Break Through” that resonated with all attendees on an individual, personal, and professional level. From thought to finish, our team was able to seamlessly mange all aspects of the multi-day conference, including site selection, business session development, show-flow, coordination, presentation coaching, team building activities, social activities, online registration platform & app management, and all of the logistical aspects. Attendees were fully engaged, motivated and impressed throughout the conference. They were ready and eager to execute the company’s new plan of action. The client voluntarily extended the agreement for another two years beyond 2019.

FORMULA ONE EVENT SOLUTION

WHAT WAS NEEDED:

The client required an agency to provide an event management solution for their Formula One sponsorship, in Montreal.

HOW WE SUCCEEDED:

For three years, Apexx Global managed all aspects of the sponsorship program for a group of 100 invitees. Each year, our team managed all aspects of the F1 program for the client and its partners – we facilitated logistics, transportation, hospitality, accommodations, and entertainment concepts. Our design and logistics team created branding elements that fell within the scope of the corporate guidelines. Finally, our team was a liaison between the F1 sponsor team and our client, in order to execute a high-level VIP client relations event.

PRODUCT LAUNCH SOLUTION

WHAT WAS NEEDED:

The client needed to make a major statement for the Canadian launch of its game-changing new product at their year-end event.

HOW WE SUCCEEDED:

We went big! We secured the venue, where we held an Innovation-themed party, celebrating the best-in-class technology of their new product. Hosted by a local TV personality, the event drew rave reviews from both the client and their audience, who were treated to a futuristic laser light show, gourmet food and drinks, and specially-produced, high-class performances, that highlighted both the product and the company.

MASTERS INCENTIVE PROGRAM

WHAT WAS NEEDED:

The client was looking for a Masters solution for the firm’s high-end private equity clients.

HOW WE SUCCEEDED:

Apexx Global created an in-depth KPMG Masters hospitality program. The program included the facilitation of all private estate home rentals, Masters badges and hospitality, private transportation, in-home catering, onsite staff and gifting. The homes were branded for the client. Due to the positive feedback regarding service on the ground and on-site management, KPMG has been implementing this program for several years.

VIRTUAL TOWN HALL

WHAT WAS NEEDED:

Due to Covid 19, our client was looking for a way to bring its team together for their quarterly Town Hall meeting that was both, engaging and creative. We decided to take their meeting initiatives virtual!

HOW WE SUCCEEDED:

Apexx Global facilitated a “Virtual Town Hall” for its client in lieu of getting everyone together. The entire event was facilitated by the Apexx team in the background. We were able to able to have some fun with the event as well. With guest speakers and comedians to break up the time and keep everyone engaged. It was very well received by the client. Going virtual created a cost-effective way to communicate with employees, and continue working together towards the company’s mission – especially during these uncertain times.

networking event solution

WHAT WAS NEEDED:

Hitachi Data Systems was looking to create an event surrounding the launch a new product.

HOW WE SUCCEEDED:

Apexx facilitated a themed networking event. The team worked closely with the National Director of Sales to ensure that all of the materials, the venue, and the theme aligned with the Hitachi Corporate Guidelines. Our creative team solidified all aspects of the networking event: all of the creative aspects, on-site management, venue procurement, entertainment, catering, and on-site themed hosts and hostesses.
